Automation System Intern

June 2024 - August 2024 (3 months)About the company: A company that provides services and automation solutions for the oil and gas industry.
What I did: I had the opportunity to support the automation team with testing, debugging, and system monitoring tasks.
Key Learnings:
This was my first exposure to industrial automation systems in a real-world setting. I learned so much about how these systems work and the importance of reliability and careful integration.
What I Contributed:
- Helped with testing and debugging ATG systems to improve their reliability
- Created a simple desktop app to monitor network connections
- Got hands-on experience connecting ATG devices to an IoT platform using ESP32 microcontrollers
- Gained practical understanding of what industrial monitoring systems need to do

2022 - 2025Overview: I worked on various engineering projects through my studies and competitions, which gave me hands-on experience applying classroom knowledge to real problems.
